Welcome to Domorrow. By accessing or using our service at getdomorrow.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Domorrow, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these terms. If you are using Domorrow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Domorrow is a productivity application that provides a Pomodoro focus timer, task management, habit tracking, goal setting, and analytics features. We offer both free and premium tiers of service.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
5. Intellectual Property
Domorrow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Domorrow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create within the service (tasks, notes, etc.).
6. User Content
You retain all rights to the data you enter into Domorrow (tasks, session names, notes, habits, goals). We do not claim ownership of your content. We only use your content to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep Domorrow available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
8. Termination
You may request account deletion by emailing us at hello@gurayavuz.com. We will process your request within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domorrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided āas isā and āas availableā without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
